Updating Your Subscription

If you signed up after March 2019  you can update payment and subscription information via the self-service portal in BackTo20/20.  If you’ve signed up before March (or the self service system isn’t doing the trick for you), Jakey Jake will update any requests for you directly.  Just drop a quick e-mail (or post in the support forum – no card details please!) and I’ll sort it all out for you.

Note that any credit card details should only be entered in the secure  (https) enabled form.  Please don’t e-mail or otherwise send card details!

Refunds: Jakey’s Happy If You’re Happy

My #1 goal is to provide you with tools to help you with your eyesight.  Money, yea sure it helps.  But it’s not about the money.  If you’re not happy, I’ll quickly refund you any fees you may have paid.  And of course if I can help beyond that, I’ll be glad to get your feedback!

Within 30 Days

For the fastest turnaround,  simply contact me via e-mail if your subscription has been set up 30 days or less.  Please include your Paypal subscription ID or payment receipt and e-mail address to make sure I can locate your payment.

A refund will be processed without need for any additional documentations.  It’s my “no questions” refund guarantee.

Within 60 Days

After the first 30 but before 60 days of subscription, you may request a refund by using the same e-mail address (or the support or contact us form).  To get a refund after 30 days, you will need to show that you participated in the program, but didn’t manage to reduce your prescription (forum posts will be helpful there).

As long as we I see that you tried but the approach just doesn’t work for you, I will provide a refund for up to 60 days after purchase.

Remember, always contact me directly.  I process refunds within 24 hours, much faster and easier than dealing with your credit card company, bank, or Paypal.

If you go to them first, your funds will be locked while they “investigate”, and then getting your money can take days or even weeks.  I have to file paperwork, you have to respond, and it’s not till the bank decides which way to go, that funds are released.  But if you e-mail me first, no hassles no questions, 24 hours and your money is back in your account.

Exception:  No refunds for purchases made from India.  If you purchase any courses from India, by India IP address, payment method, billing address or login IP, no refunds will be available.
