1. Centimeter measurement. There should be blur at the far end of the main used distance.
2. A bit of struggle = stimulus. A bunch of struggle = strain. Switch to regular distance glasses (later normalized) when appropriate.
3. If you don’t notice any discomfort when switching, its’ fine. A focal plane your brain is used to interpreting. Longer term though try to get the same relative focal planes.
