One thing that has been bugging me for a while: Worse vision after outdoor time.

I work as a software developer. My usual rutine is: wake up, work 3-4 hours while print pushing a bit, go for a 30 minute walk, work another 3-4 hours.

If I look at the snellen before I go for the walk and then look at the snellen when I come back, the blur is worse. Every time, no exception. DTB maybe 5% worse. What’s the reason? Am I straining my eyes somehow during the walks?

Another thing that may be related is that most people seem to have peak DTB right after waking up. Not me. It peaks after 1-3 hours of print pushing / close up. Am i getting some sort of temporary print pushing boost that goes away when I go outside?
