I have played with EndMyopia for about 2 years already (and not making much progress) and the Meir Schneider stuff before I found you (which actually got me -1 diopter improvement). I am only 2nd day into your course, but I am currently already using both differential and normalize glasses. Do I need to “reset” anything? Throw away my glasses? Or should I just let the situation be as it is right now, and just make the adjustments as the topic comes up in the course?

I have not been to the optometrist for 2 years, so I don’t have a current subscription.

Also, I am working from home 2-3 days a week and working from the office 2-3 days a week. My office setup is your typical dual monitor at 60cm away. However, my home setup is a bit funny. I am using my home TV as my primary monitor and the laptop as my secondary monitor. I am seated about 3m away from the TV and about 75cm from my laptop. Is this bad, and do I need to properly setup my home with actual work monitors. Yes, I use the same TV to watch Netflix at night…

Keep everything as is. Change only as the sessions suggest. Timing is important.

You should be fine with the current setup.
