    I read everywhere about benefits of “palming”
    So, what do you think about Palming ?

      Meh. Try it, see if you like it. It’s a Bates thing, long term there isn’t much benefit there. But if you find it useful, by all means. 😉

      Hm… it could help with peace of mind, because you do palming to the exclusion of everything else, right? Other than that, I would imagine it can also help to become more aware of strain.

      Well, it works wonders for me.
      When I do it, I can feel my eyes relaxing and eye strain leaving almost immediately. Plus my vision gets noticeably clearer.
      I do it a few times a day.
      If I’m really stressed, it brings relaxation to my whole body.
      Plus, it’s free!

      May 2015:
      Full prescription -7 R, -6.75 L no astigmatism
      Normalized: -6.5 R, -6.25 L
      For near work: -5.5 R, -5.25 L
