Hey, Jake! All going well here. I’m taking the courses at a pretty slow and steady rate, but I feel confident I’m absorbing all the info and forming the necessary habits. I noticed in one session, though, that you mention incorporating 90 minutes per day of focal plane change into my routine. I just wanted to clarify to make sure I understand correctly, does that mean alternating between differentials and normalized, or is that reminding myself to do active focus pushing after a certain amount of time in close-up with my differentials? I’m just a bit confused what you mean by focal plane change.

Thanks for all of the support and guidance. This program is so awesome. 😀

      Hi Natalie,

Alternating, ideally. Meant to just reinforce habits and make sure you’re getting the most out of active focus. 🙂

Gotcha. Ok, perfect. I can do that. Looking forward to that normalized drop very soon!
