Reductions should be 0.25 decrements. There is generally no upside in skipping diopters.

Also ‘stagnating’ for three weeks, generally not an issue. It’s when there are no changes for months that it can be an issue. Remember, it takes 3-4 months on average for a reduction to be fully integrated in eyesight change.

Reducing too much, or too soon, the #1 most common mistake. 😉
