Well … it’s experimental, entirely up to you to make sure there are no issues.
Start with +0.50 just for 10 minutes or so, just during close-up. If that works, slowly build up to longer times, up to an hour. Then every 3-4 months you can increase diopters till about +2 diopters maximum.
Need to make sure that is productive. I don’t have it as an outlined process here since we’ve not yet found an entirely consistent way that this works for everyone.
