Once you are having your own experiment (for valid reasons here of course), I can’t necessarily tell you what would be the best choice. Stick with what path you’re on with your experiment here.

Contacts, same as previous. I can’t tell you anything more accurate than all the conversion charts. Different contact lens brands even tend to have different acuity results, your glasses lenses can make a difference, index, etc. If you’re getting a fitment done, ask for some sample packages and see what actually ends up being closest.
