All I can do is suggest what works generally. Close-up correction, about 1 to 1.5 diopters apart from distance.

If that’s not the case, either you have a very specific scenario and still manage to improve (fine in that case) or your practices really aren’t ideal for eyes. In which case you probably want to look into what you may be able to change to rectify. 3-4 months should yield 0.25 improvement, remember.

Of course without knowing any better, I’d say later at night computer use is not entirely ideal, and would be great to have a situation where things are well legible at 60-80cm while still having at least a diopter less than distance glasses.
