Thank you for your answer. I’ll continue to play a bit more with this 20 minutes without glasses.

For sure one thing I’ve learnt from it is how blur affects relationship with others. Not being able to see people facial expression can create some sort of anxiety or even a desire to avoid that that situation. So now I can relate to what you said about people with glasses potentially experiencing more anxiety or depression. Very interesting to notice.
