The cool thing about eye project, it’s background. Make an adjustment, run life as normal, see if it caused a change. It can be as random as when you work relative to sleep, and how the ambient lighting is. Like working at night in artificial light can be way more taxing than early morning for example.
Maybe it’s a serious three hour stint of code, then an hour of doing something totally different. Another three hours after. Just examples.
