Any idea why would my weaker eye have a worse cm measurement after hours of being outside?
-> Current working theory on this scenario is the ciliary body can also flatten the lens actively, for distance vision. This shouldn’t be necessary but if we get too much close-up time regularly without enough breaks, it seems this happens more regularly.
Do you ever use previous normalized? I’m curious how those would do as far as the strain.
Have you tried stopping the active focus efforts on the treadmill? If the issue appeared after a new habit or effort, it’s a low hanging fruit for troubleshooting. 🙂
