Nice. It can be quite a bit of troubleshooting and trying to think about habits from an observer perspective, while also patiently ‘tuning’ the diopters.

Some people get super lucky and just do the basics, make immediate gains. It seems with these more significant screen time scenarios it becomes less straightforward more often.

Gradually reducing the recreational screen time and replacing it with more variable distances seems to be quite promising. Gradual being key and things that are anchored to strong habits.
