Yes we do have an app but ongoing development is quite expensive.  It’ll happen at some point.

We have a log tool built into here (see link above) but it’s definitely a bit dated and not perfect.  Many use it though!  A spreadsheet could work nicely but I personally use physical notebooks.  

Accuracy is less a thing than consistency.  Measuring is subjective but how you do it you can make consistent.

Point to measurements just what you’re curious to track.  If you don’t need single eye data (like no significant difference between left and right, no issues or questions there), skip it or do it less often.
