If you want or feel the need to, then go for it. You know everything about diopters at this point – it’s pretty simple really: They are meant to give you a blur horizon that works well for you.
Get both eyes close as far as blur horizon distance. Then don’t change the ratio dramatically. Any more than a 0.25 adjustment doesn’t often work out. If you feel you made a mistake before and are now having to go back – that does happen.
