#1: If you aren’t following the course, it’s probably not going to work. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Though unclear how much you’re doing this. Occasionally certainly fine. If you don’t get distance active focus regularly though, your vision isn’t likely to ever change.

#2: Unclear. You want to reduce normalized when you are no longer getting distance blur challenge. The point of any and all reductions is to have a blur horizon. Did you at some point and no longer do now?

#3: Depends. If you’re using differentials, things will be too blurry of course.

In general, these things take time, and you definitely want to do the sessions and follow them as closely as possible.
