Few things: Having cylinder in differentials only is usually not necessary. The symptom of astigmatism tends to show up at further distances. If you don’t get ghosting at distance, it’s possible you may not need the cylinder. If in doubt just reduce half diopter of cyl.

Also in general, at least 1 diopter, more like 1.5 diopters between ideal differential and normalized. No rush, just something to keep in mind.

Not sure about your differentials. The way to tell would be centimeter measurements and how that works out with ergonomically comfortable close-up distance … + any change in cm.
