Also wondeering how to convert the -0.5 astigmatism to a contact lens prescription

I know to simply remove -0.25d from the prescription

So this

SPH CYL AXIS
R – 7.00 -1.25 65
L – 6.50 -0.50 110

would become

SPH CYL AXIS
R – 6.75 -1.25 65
L – 6.25 -0.50 110

I noticed there is no -0.5 astigmatism for contacts

Please do you know what the Left could be for contacts ?
