Man, endmyiopia is hard in modern life, even for people who prioritize it. I’ve been trying my best to do things correctly for two years and it seems I still mess up the basics.

Find the positive. You know lots of stuff and it sits on the brain shelf of projects, and it’ll make it’s way into more things as times goes on.

I had this little habit (still do mostly) of researching hobbies and trips and generally things that’ll tempt me away from screens. It’s not a ‘from today to destination’ sort of thing, more of an ongoing exploring. I’ve bought folding kayaks on craigslist and flown to Nepal to paraglide, got into cycling and diving and all sorts of random things, starting with, ‘what will get me away from screens’.

It’s no rush or must-do. Just playing with it.
